The Mendocino City Community Services District regular public meetings are held on the last Monday of each month, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the business office of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 10500 Kelly Street, Mendocino, California.

Board of Directors
The Mendocino City Community Services District is a California Special District governed by a five member Board of Directors with each Director serving either a two or four-year term.
Elections are held in November of odd numbered years. As of this date, the directors and terms of office for the Mendocino City Community Services

Any interested person may apply for the office of Director when there is a vacancy. An applicant must be a registered voter and reside within the boundaries of the MCCSD.
